Terms of use.
The ground rules for using this website.
Information on this site
Everything published here is general information about pool removal. It is not an engineering opinion, a code interpretation or advice about your specific property. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and by site, and only your local building department can tell you what applies to yours.
Estimates are not contracts
Submitting the estimate form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve a date or commit either of us to anything. Scope, price and schedule are set in a written agreement after a site walk.
No guaranteed outcomes
Nothing on this site should be read as a promise that a permit will be issued, that a particular future construction will be approved on a former pool footprint, or that backfilled ground will never settle. We describe how we do the work and what generally applies — not what a third party will decide about your property.
Content and images
Imagery on this site that is marked illustrative is conceptual and does not depict a specific customer project. Diagrams are simplified for explanation and are not construction drawings.
Changes
We may update these terms and the content of this site at any time. The version published here is the one that applies.
