The Approach
One trade, done properly.
We remove pools. That is the whole business. We are not a general landscaping outfit that will take a demolition job if it comes up — the equipment, the permit routine and the backfill method are built around this one type of work.
Most of what goes wrong with a pool removal goes wrong underground, months or years after the crew leaves. Fill that was placed loose settles. A shell left in the ground without proper drainage openings turns into a basin. Neither problem is visible on the day the job is finished, which is exactly why it is worth caring about how the work is done rather than only what it costs.
So we do it in a specific order, we put the scope in writing before anything gets broken, and we tell you when an option is a poor fit for what you are planning — including when that means a larger job than you were hoping for, or when it means we are not the right call at all.

How we talk about the work
We do not promise permit outcomes.
We coordinate the paperwork and tell you what the department says. What they decide is theirs to decide.
We do not promise zero settlement.
We compact in lifts because that is how the risk is managed, and we will explain what we placed and why.
Estimates come after a site walk.
A number given over the phone without seeing access, depth and soil is a guess dressed up as a quote.

What we have not put on this website.
Most contractor sites open with a review count, a licence number and a gallery. This one does not, and it is worth explaining why rather than hoping you do not notice.
No licence number.
California requires a licensed contractor to display their number in all advertising, and this website is advertising. Ours is not published here yet. Ask for it, and check it at cslb.ca.gov — for us and for anyone else you are considering.
No reviews and no star rating.
There is no review count on this site and no rating in its structured data, because there is no verified review profile behind one. A number we cannot point you at is not proof of anything.
No project gallery.
Every image on this site is AI-generated concept work and is labelled illustrative wherever it appears. None of it is a customer project, and we will not present it as one. A real archive gets built when there are real jobs and written permission to publish them.
No insured, licensed and bonded badge.
That line appears on almost every contractor site in this market. It does not appear on ours until the coverage is confirmed, because it is a claim about money that would be someone else's problem if it were wrong.
No years-in-business figure.
No founding date, no 'serving Sacramento since', no completed-project count. Those numbers are trivially inventable, which is exactly why they are worth nothing unless they are true.
No named author on the guides.
The guides on this site are published by the business rather than attributed to an invented expert. Manufacturing a reviewer to satisfy a trust checklist is the sort of thing that makes the rest of a site harder to believe.
No prices.
The cost page explains what moves the number and publishes no range of ours. Nobody can price a pool removal from a map, and a range wide enough to always be right is not information.
None of that is a reason to hire us. It is a reason to ask, and we wrote the list of questions to ask — including the ones we cannot currently answer as well as we would like. Ask any contractor for a licence number and check it at cslb.ca.gov before you sign anything.
