One trade, done properly.

We remove pools. That is the whole business. We are not a general landscaping outfit that will take a demolition job if it comes up — the equipment, the permit routine and the backfill method are built around this one type of work.

Most of what goes wrong with a pool removal goes wrong underground, months or years after the crew leaves. Fill that was placed loose settles. A shell left in the ground without proper drainage openings turns into a basin. Neither problem is visible on the day the job is finished, which is exactly why it is worth caring about how the work is done rather than only what it costs.

So we do it in a specific order, we put the scope in writing before anything gets broken, and we tell you when an option is a poor fit for what you are planning — including when that means a larger job than you were hoping for, or when it means we are not the right call at all.
